  傻瓜 Lomo
前兩晚在 Page one 花了差不多六百大元買了一部 Lomo 的 Frogeye 水底機﹐卻是『死機』一部 ﹐(made in China !) 要翌日折返換機。尤幸店員姐姐不單態度親切﹐還十分負責地幫我試機﹐總括來說整個購物過程都是愉快的。



的確﹐Frogeye 無論外型及功能上﹐都是徹頭徹尾一部比傻瓜機更傻瓜瓜的傻瓜機。它只是在合蓋的邊沿上加了一環的塑膠帶防止入水。但心理上覺得擁有了Lomo﹐ 就像超越了『一般只會追求高科技數碼影像默守成規的攝影發燒友』。而玩 Lomography 的人是『一群懂得生活隨心隨意滿眼藝術觸覺無憂無慮的攝影人』。

打從十年前在維也納創辦Lomographic Society開始,它的市場策略及定位就狠狠的解放了以往只追求傳統攝影意念的追隨者﹐代之而起的是一場『不要想,只管拍!........反映人類的生活點滴﹐那管是悲傷、愉快、挫折、甜蜜、愛、熱情、慾望........』的革命﹐ 正好切合了東歐歷史發展的革命情懷。

hey mister, i spent 1,400 to buy a classic lomo la. it's good 'cos i really took some super spontaneous pics w/ it. 好好feel. can't compare w/ my SLR (it's so big that scare my subjects away) and my DC (must look at the screen to focus and is slow).

but now since i got the DC i am so lazy, never touched the film cameras. the quality of the pictures by films are still better.

well, we cant' altogether buy the 'shoot don't think' theory. I have a PILE of photos shot w/ Lomo... rubbish
 
yes, playing lomo is also a expensive hobby, the cost of the film developing and the photos costing are also heavy.
